The Spectrum Savings Guarantee
This is the Spectrum Savings Guarantee. It applies to new customers who purchase Internet 100 or higher and at least two paid Unlimited Mobile lines, and to existing Spectrum Internet customers who switch at least two mobile lines to Spectrum Mobile. Submit your Verizon, T-Mobile or AT&T bills; if your first-year savings are under $1,000, Spectrum makes up the difference in bill credits.* The free Spectrum One Mobile service is not one of the paid lines.

It’s free for 12 months through bill credits, and it needs Spectrum Internet and Auto Pay. The credit applies to the first line only, a phone isn’t included, and tablets and smartwatches don’t qualify. From month 13 the standard Unlimited rate applies, so we include that in any comparison.

No. There’s no annual contract, and Spectrum Internet has no data caps. On Unlimited Mobile, speeds may slow after 30GB of cellular data during times of high demand, and hotspot speeds are reduced after 5GB.
Yes. Spectrum One is available to existing customers: you add Advanced WiFi ($10/mo, or step up to Internet 1 Gig, which includes it) and one Unlimited Mobile service, free for its first 12 months. The promotional Internet prices on this page are for new residential customers (no Spectrum service in the past 30 days); existing-customer offers vary by location and plan, and Spectrum confirms them on your account.
