1. Who we are
Operated by Switch & Save Inc, 260 N Broadway, Ste 11, Hicksville, NY 11801, an independent authorized retailer. Nothing here is a statement by a provider.
2. Estimates are not offers
Figures on this site, including anything produced by the savings estimator, are illustrative estimates based on advertised starting prices at the review date shown. They do not constitute an offer, a quotation or a guarantee of any saving. Only the provider’s confirmation at the time of order is binding.
3. Using the site
Lawful, personal use only. Do not attempt unauthorised access, scrape availability data in bulk without written permission, interfere with the site, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us. Our guides may be quoted with attribution and a link.
4. Orders
An order placed through us is fulfilled by the provider and your service agreement is with them, under their terms, which you should read. Where this site conflicts with the provider’s terms or order confirmation, theirs control.
5. Intellectual property
Our original text, guides, code and design belong to Switch & Save Inc. Provider names and marks belong to their owners.
6. No warranty
The site, the estimator and the availability tool are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that results, prices or savings figures are accurate, current or complete, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Switch & Save Inc and its owners, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of this site or from services supplied by any provider, including any difference between an estimated and an actual saving. Total liability for direct damages arising from the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
8. Governing law
Governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes to be brought in the state or federal courts of Nassau County, New York. Contact admin@switchtosave.net first and allow 30 days for informal resolution.
9. General
An unenforceable provision is limited only as far as necessary; the rest stands. These terms with our Privacy Policy and the other linked policies are the whole agreement about the site. Last updated September 15, 2026.
