If you already have service and need support, billing help or a repair, your provider handles that directly. We are a retailer, so we cannot see your account or make changes to it. Call the number on your bill.

Those two things are enough for us to find the line that changed and price an equivalent plan properly — the advertised rate plus the equipment, taxes and fees that land on top of it.

What should I have in front of me?
Your latest statement, and the service address. The statement gives us the all-in figure to beat, and the address is what decides which providers can actually serve you.
How long does the call take?
Two to three minutes to see whether there is a gap worth acting on. Fifteen to twenty if you decide to switch and want it sequenced properly.
Will you keep calling me?
No. We call back only if you ask us to, or to complete an order you have started. We do not sell or rent contact details, ever.
Can I email instead?
Yes, but the ZIP-level answer is quick and the address-level answer is not, so a call is usually faster. Either way we will tell you honestly if there is nothing worth doing.
